Terms of Use
The terms that apply to using the service, in plain language.
0. Service provider
The site is operated by BlueOrbit Media Oy, Sanduddsgatan 7, 00100 Helsingfors, Finland. Business ID: 0770548-5. Contact: 020 1750050 · [email protected].
1. Nature of the service
BlueOrbit is an information service that publishes public Eurojackpot and Viking Lotto results, an archive and statistics derived from them. We do not run gambling or sell lottery tickets.
2. Limited licence
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Automated collection or commercial republication of the data is prohibited without written permission.
3. Limitation of liability
We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that results are completely error-free. Official draw results are available from each operator's own channels. BlueOrbit is not liable for damages arising from differences between official data and data published on this site. Statistics describe past draws and are not predictions or recommendations.
4. User account
Creating an account is free. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
5. Premium subscription
Premium is a paid digital service activated on your account after successful payment. Prices (VAT included): €4.90/month with recurring monthly billing, €39/year with recurring annual billing and €129 as a one-off payment with no renewal. The applicable price is confirmed on the checkout page before payment.
Billing and renewal. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. Charges are made to the payment method you provided via our payment provider (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). We never store full card details on our servers.
Cancellation. You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time in your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; Premium features stay available until then.
Right of withdrawal (Finnish Consumer Protection Act, ch. 6). Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. Because Premium is digital content delivered immediately, we ask for your explicit consent to start the service immediately and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
Failed payments. If an automatic charge fails, we retry over the following 14 days. If it still fails, Premium features are switched off, but your account and stored data remain.
Price changes. Price increases for recurring subscriptions are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect; you may cancel before the next billing period.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Registered users are notified of material changes by email 14 days in advance.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Consumers may refer disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board or to the district court of their domicile. Other disputes are settled in the Helsinki District Court.
